1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Dark Sky Utah, operated by Carly Stocks (“Sponsor”), located in Utah, United States.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the trade show venue or any third-party platform.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
Employees of Dark Sky Utah and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. Entry Period
Entries will be accepted beginning at the start of the applicable trade show event and will close at the official end of the event.
Entries submitted after the closing time will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must submit their email address through the official giveaway entry form available at the Dark Sky Utah booth during the trade show.
Limit one (1) entry per person.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
By entering, participants agree to receive email communications from Dark Sky Utah. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
5. Prize
Three (3) winners will each receive one (1) free subscription to the Milky Way in Motion online course.
Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each prize: $297 USD.
Total ARV of all prizes: $891 USD.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitutions will be made except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
The drawing will take place within 7 days after the trade show concludes.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry.
If a selected winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
8. Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their first name and last initial for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Release of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Dark Sky Utah and its affiliates from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.
Sponsor’s decisions regarding all matters related to the giveaway are final.
